How much does it cost to apply?
Application fees are $29 per leaseholder.
Do you have garages?
Yes! All of our apartment homes come with an attached garage at no additional cost!
What are your lease terms?
We offer leases anywhere between six and fifteen months.
What is your pet policy?
Domesticated pets are accepted. Pets are defined as dogs, cats, fish, and caged birds. Exotic animals are not permitted. A maximum of two pets per home is permitted. Each home is responsible for a $300 pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet rent for pets. No aggressive breeds will be accepted (or any mix thereof), nor will any animals with a history of biting, injuring any person or animal, or damaging property. Restricted breeds are Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Malamute, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf, and Wolf Dog Mixes. Breed, size, weight and number of limitations and fee and deposit requirements will not apply to approved assistance animals.

What utilities am I responsible for?
Similar to a single-family home, you’re responsible for many of the same utilities. These include, but are not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, and trash. More information can be found on our Community Fee Guide located at the bottom of our “Floor Plans” page.
